The “Moscow Conventions”, a collection of 137 articles written on the basis of real testimonies of former prisoners of war, their relatives and colleagues, was presented in Ukraine.
The document is an alternative to the Geneva Conventions, according to the Association of Families of Azovstal Defenders.
Its articles describe the “norms” of the Russian Federation concerning the treatment of prisoners of war: bullying, beatings, starvation, sexual violence, torture, etc.
