As of 25.10.2024, a total of 39453 persons were held in the SPS, including:
- 15597 persons in SIZOs.
- In correctional colonies – 22957 persons.
- In educational colonies – 52 persons.
- In correctional centers – 847 people.
The number of prisoners has slightly decreased, which is positive.
Although, again, we need to take into account the total population of Ukraine.
